Bow out
I used to die without you in bed at three
repelling deception with your poker
accepting piece by piece
look at me, not the floor
i speak, i don't place much debt
on wishing wells and stars that soar
four digit words and numbers no bet
after broken rings and walking away
tension and cut inspiration became tedious
my adrenaline unexcited so i strayed
tired of doing the wrong so unglamorous
i carry flight and indecision
and i lead and leave them all
i tell them then i let them.
leave their conscience so they fall
stop killing me you know how i don't give time for the weak
you wont dream and find the same fire
beneath those very sheets
